- is one of my new favourites. It's incredible. The references and plotting really come together in every episode. Love the music, the premise and the humour. Eee! More reviews to come, I think... Just wouldn't recommend it to the kids even though it's a cartoon.

I hear it references Doc and Marty from the "Back to the Future" trilogy and rigor mortis. It reminds me of "Pinky and the Brain," but Rick seems to get away with more success most of the time.

The Not-So-Great Gatsby

Classics like "The Great Gatsby" were somewhat less encouraging.

I expected to like it, but didn't. The only things I liked about this classic were Jay Gatsby's tenacity to improve himself and his invented name. I kept waiting for something to happen, some great twist even as the pages dwindled in the remaining two chapters...one...but the story remained passively lacklustre throughout. This review has hit the nail on the head. So glad that I am not the only heathen.
