Beyond work, I enjoy a ramble in the rain or mall or saunter off somewhere completely different to explore and (re)discover.

Cats and Dogs

No, it's not raining - I like having them around is all.  Our family started with two dogs and then it became two dogs and seven cats at one point.  Now, sadly, we are down to one dog and three cats.  Maybe they'll feature in a story or two soon.

Hong Kong

Is where I have been living for a while.  It's not always the most inspiring of places for a teacher and writer like me, but it's home!  A few lengthy excursions aside, HK is where I have grown up, studied and worked.  It's the basis for many of my stories so far.
